Melissa “Addie” Perry is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Addie's nursing career as a nurse began in Critical Care, resulting in over fifteen years of commitment providing cardiac and preventative health care needs to her community. She then went on to receive a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Boise State University in 2017 and has worked for a Federally Qualified Health Center providing primary and mental health care for the under-served. Addie's training and experience in both the hospital setting, and with individuals who have limited access to health care, resulted in a deep passion to provide compassionate, high quality, and meaningful mental health care to all, despite their challenges. In her free time, you can find her camping with her husband and two boys, playing board games, or sitting in the sun on a beach alongside one of the many beautiful Idaho rivers!
