Meet Maija

Maija Costello, MBA and Chief People Officer, has been a People & Culture leader at the intersection of health & tech for nearly 15 years. Her expertise is in startup and emerging growth organizations, with a focus on operating model design and change management. In addition to driving results in-house across VC and PE-backed high growth healthcare firms, she has led people-centric transformations for healthcare enterprise clients (revenues from $194M – $3B) as a former leader in Accenture’s Talent & Organization Management Consulting practice. At Kyros, Maija leads Workplace Experience and TechOps in addition to People Operations.
